Opserly is multi-tenant: every organization has a unique Account ID shown on invoices and welcome emails. You need three pieces of information to sign in.

Open the login page
Go to your Opserly app URL (e.g. app.opserly.com) and choose Sign in.

Enter Account ID
Type your organization Account ID exactly as issued (e.g. ACCT-001). This routes you to the correct tenant database.

Enter username and password
Use the credentials provided by your administrator. Passwords are case-sensitive.

Land on the dashboard
After a successful login you see the main navigation and your role-based menu items. Items you cannot access are hidden automatically.
