Why we built this

Most back-office software is built for one kind of business and bolted together for everyone else. We built Opserly the other way around: one platform with the same core (invoicing, accounts payable, approvals, reporting) and a workflow on top that actually matches how IT staffing firms, business-services companies, and field-service contractors run their day-to-day operations.

Who we serve

• IT Services — staffing and consulting firms placing contractors and employees on client engagements, with bill-rate vs. pay-rate tracking and timesheet-to-invoice automation.

• Business Services — any business that bills clients and needs to manage projects, expenses, and approvals without industry-specific setup.

• Field Services — onsite and contract field-service businesses that schedule jobs, dispatch technicians, track parts, and invoice the moment work is completed.

How we operate

Opserly connects directly to the tools you already use to get paid — Plaid for bank linking and ACH vendor payments, Stripe for customer invoice payments, and DocuSign for e-signature on quotes and contracts — so your financial operations stay in one place instead of three.
