Is this a full warehouse management system?
It is a lite WMS: inventory by warehouse, pick/pack, rate shopping, and labels. It is not a replacement for a 3PL-grade WMS with labor management or yard operations — by design, so you can start without a second platform.
What does OMS-lite mean?
Orders stay on the same record from portal checkout through allocation, backorder promise dates (ETA), packing, and shipment. Customers see status in the portal instead of calling for updates.
Do you use a proprietary CMS for the storefront?
