Cost codes & phases

CSI-lite job cost codes. Budget lines are phase × cost code. SOW → project seeds contract value and milestone phases.

Field coordination

Tasks kanban, daily logs, RFIs with overdue alerts, schedule % on phases, subcontracts, equipment hours, punch list.

Typical flow

Execute a SOW → Add to project (or create the project, then enable Construction Hub).
Setup: project number, site, contract type, original contract, retainage.
Budget by cost code. POs and subs raise committed; approved time and expenses raise actuals.
Progress-bill the owner from the same project. Change orders update current contract.

How it sits with other products

Lives under Business Services (with Field Services, IT Staffing, and Digital Commerce as sibling editions). Pair with Field Services only when you also dispatch service jobs; Construction Hub is for project job costing.
